Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking multiple experienced Procurement Agents and Supply Chain Analysts to join the Supply Chain Functional

Excellence team in Senior Procurement Analyst roles to design and shape BCA’s future SAP ERP system (SAP S/4Hana), retiring ERPLN. Each position will be part of one of three supply chain related process teams: purchasing, sales, or supply/demand planning. Each team is responsible for ensuring business requirements within their process area translate to system functionality and integration across supply chain systems.

We are looking for dynamic, curious and innovative individuals with strong BCA supply chain knowledge and proven ability to work cross-functionally. You will work within an Agile/Activate methodology partnering closely with IT, Finance and Supply Chain organizations to drive design, testing, deployment and go-live of SAP S/4Hana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with IT, provide (depending on team) Procurement, Sales, or Demand Planning expertise to design and document end-to-end BCA processes in SAP S/4HANA.

  • Gather, document and validate business requirements from Supply Chain stakeholders

  • Ensure BCA Supply Chain processes are translated into requirements that support the business and ensure regulatory controls/compliance (SOD, authorizations, SOX)

  • Partner closely with IT to create test plans and support testing of requirements

  • Assist in the migration of ERPLN data to SAP S/4Hana by identifying data to be migrated and verifying data accuracy

  • Support go-live and post implementation activities, including development and delivery of end user training and documentation

  • Lead and participate in SAP S/4Hana solution design workshops

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, demand forecasting, planning, or related fields. 

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP or ERPLN warehousing, inventory, transportation, or production control 

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with supply chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners. 

  • Strong analytical skills. 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • 7+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design.

  • 3+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support).

  • 3+ years of experience with project management and leading teams.

  • Experience in SAP or other ERP system implementation

  • Experience in IT systems technical support, software development, implementation, or end user support.

  • Experience in business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, and/or process improvement methods

  • Experience in SAP Activate Methodology

Shift:

This position is primarily on 1st shift but must have flexibility to work alternative shifts.

Summary Pay Range: $110,000  – $164,450 (South Carolina)

                                        $ 118,150 – $159,850 (Washington)
