  • Ensure robust interface mapping, transformation rules, and reconciliation approaches working with integration architects and middleware teams

  • Coordinate testing and validation: prepare test data, lead data validation for unit/integration/User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and approve data‑related test sign‑offs

  • Create operational runbooks, support plans, and handoff procedures for post‑go‑live data operations

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for data issues during implementation and operations; drive root cause analysis and corrective action

  • Collaborate and act as servant leader to a team of Data Analysts/Architects (or coordinate with dedicated resources), mentor staff, and manage external vendor contributions as needed

  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and Project Management Office (PMO)/Program leadership

  • 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management

  • 4+ years of experience deriving technical requirements from customer input or eliciting customer requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working on interfaces connecting SAP and non-SAP systems (Intermediate Documents (IDocs), Business Application Programming Interface (BAPIs), Remote Function Calls (RFCs) and Customs programs)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years of practical experience with SAP data objects and migrations (Simple 4 High-Performance Analytic Appliance (S/4HANA) or ERP Central Component (ECC)), including tools like SAP Data Services, Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), or S/4 Migration Cockpit

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with data profiling and SQL for data validation; familiarity with data quality tooling and dashboards
