Position Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Assists with maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics.

  • Interprets data to support processes, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems.

  • Interprets data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability.

  • Analyses data to establish Quality performance improvement projects through problem solving and root cause analysis.   

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems.

  • 3+ years of experience in aviation maintenance or manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and/or SQL server management.

  • Proficient with Data visualization platforms including Tableau and/or Power BI.

  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Query).

  • Knowledge of relevant programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) is often beneficial for integration and automation.

  • Experience with analytical, communication and problem solving skills.

  • Experience developing presentations for leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong knowledge of ERP Systems (ERPLN/ERPMART).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access.

  • Working Knowledge of Visual Basic.

  • 2+ years with process automation, application development, and code deployment.

Shift:   This position is for 1st shift.

Summary Pay Range:  $95,200 - $128,800
