Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking passionate, engaged, and qualified Staff Analysts (Experienced or Senior) in North Charleston, South Carolina to be part of our growing 787 Engineeringteam.

These roles help the team achieve our organizational objectives and business priorities. Qualified candidates will lead the development, planning and execution of employee related activities and initiatives and partner with organization leaders on long range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Additionally, qualified candidates will assist in developing executive level briefings, leading the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events as well as maintaining project schedules and execution/communication of plans.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced (Level 3) and Senior (Level 4) Staff Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support staffing and recruiting activities, including maintaining employment tracking systems and coordinating recruiting and employee recognition events.

  • Co-develop and manage organizational structure, operating rhythms, meeting cadences, and leadership briefings.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate key meetings and large events, managing logistics such as agendas, notices, minutes, and action item tracking.

  • Document roles, responsibilities, integration points, and plans for emergent projects using standard project management techniques.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for organizational communications, ensuring effective information flow.

  • Generate, maintain, and analyze data related to performance, budget, workforce, training, and facilities; develop executive-level presentations and metrics dashboards.

  • Monitor plan execution and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Manage organizational data repositories, information systems, and support finance-related activities including budget inputs.

  • Provide leadership with recommendations to accomplish actions and ensure follow-up for issue resolution.

  • Procure and manage office and computing supplies and assist with calendar management and scheduling adjustments for leadership.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 6+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience facilitating meetings, developing and presenting to Executive-level leaders.

  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, to summarize findings, develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources at the work group level.

  • Experience working with and communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.

  • Experience developing plans for long-range strategies and organizational priorities.

  • Strong communication skills communicating to peers, leadership, stakeholders, and customers.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.

  • Experience in performing risk assessments and risk management.

  • Experience with data analytics.

  • Experience in financial management.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range Experienced (Level 3): $78,200 – $105,800

Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4): $97,750 – $132,250
