The Boeing Stores Employee Merchandise Team seeks a detail-oriented and strategic Teamwear Program Associate to support the execution and continuous improvement of the Teamwear Program at Boeing North Charleston, South Carolina. This role is responsible for program administration, stakeholder engagement, operational execution, and process optimization to align with business objectives and employee engagement initiatives.

This position will assist in facilitating the end-to-end program management, ensuring that branded merchandise initiatives support employee recognition and stakeholder engagement goals. The ideal candidate has program management experience, is highly organized, and excels in cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Position Responsibilities:

Program Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Oversee and execute the Teamwear Program across two locations in Charleston, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with enterprise branding and employee engagement strategies.

  • Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Communications, and Employee Merchandise Program Lead, to align merchandise offerings with business needs.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Boeing South Carolina’s Teamwear Program, coordinating with internal teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain a structured cadence for program updates, stakeholder reporting, and performance tracking.

  • Facilitate internal communication to promote awareness and accessibility of Teamwear initiatives.

Operational Execution & Process Optimization

  • Ensure smooth execution of merchandise fulfillment, order processing, and inventory management, driving operational efficiencies.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and streamline workflows.

  • Track and analyze program performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor customer engagement and program performance to inform strategy adjustments.

  • Develop and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), budget performance, and stakeholder feedback.

Strategic Planning & Program Development

  • Support the evolution of the Teamwear Program by identifying opportunities for expansion and enhancement.

  • Recommend new merchandise selections based on employee feedback and program performance data.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and program impact.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal and external partners effectively.

  • Experience with business reporting, inventory management, and operational execution.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • High school diploma or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in a retail sales or operations leadership role

  • Experience in Point-of-Sale platforms

  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to stand and move (reach, bend, or stoop) to handle products for extended periods of time with only short breaks

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights, as needed

  • Willing and able to travel domestically 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of retail store management experience

  • Experience with Counterpoint POS systems

  • Previous military or commercial experience in quality and/or operations leadership position

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $54,400 - $73,600
