Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Fleet Integrator C-32/C-40 (Lead or Senior Level) in our Service Engineering organization to join the Executive Transport & Surveillance (ET&S) team in Oklahoma City, OK, which provides engineering services for the C-32A & C-40B/C executive commercial derivative aircraft fleet. 

This position will report to the C-32/C-40 Fleet Integration Manager in Oklahoma City, OK to partner with BDS to ensure an integrated engineering approach to execution of recurring sustainment services. We are seeking a multifaceted individual with a collaborative mindset and strategic vision to model the culture of BGS, while being deeply committed to our Air Force C-32A & C-40B/C customer.

As a C-32/C-40 Fleet Integrator you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of post-Service Action Review Board (SARB) activities on the fleet, oversight of depot/paint & production modification/upgrade efforts with various commercial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facilities, supporting financial accounting of related sustainment activities , and supporting resolution of other top sustainment issues across the C-32/C-40 Program.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads establishing support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans.
  • Leads creating estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts.
  • Monitors process development and coordination of activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current. 
  • Creates and leads presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs.
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 + years of education/experience acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
  • 3 + years’ experience developing program implementation/integration plans and schedules.
  • 3 + years’ experience ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
  • 3 + years’ experience of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk management.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • 3 + years’ experience developing program implementation/integration plans

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 + years of education/experience acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 19 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).
  • Experience leading projects and/or teams
  • Experience supporting commercial derivative aircraft
  • Experience with MRO facilities
  • Experience working with customers, with a focus on military customers
  • Experience with Boeing Financial systems and processes
  • Current A&P License

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Senior Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $109,650 - $148,350

Lead Level 5 Summary Pay Range: $ 136,000 - $184,000

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
