The Boeing Company is looking for a dedicated Product Support Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves providing technical expertise and support related to commercial 700 series aircraft, including the 707 and its derivatives, with a focus on the unique E-6B aircraft. The successful candidate will work with a variety of technical data and documentation to support aircraft design, performance, maintenance, and sustainment activities. Collaboration with internal teams and government representatives will be essential to ensure accurate and timely engineering support. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with aircraft systems and technical data, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Respond to verbal or written inquiries and provide authorized Boeing releasable technical data relating to commercial 700 series aircraft (only as they pertain to 707 and/or E-6B), 707 derivative, and E 6B unique aircraft topics including: design information, flight test data, original qualification tasks, performance, reliability, survivability and vulnerability, airframe and structures, systems and subsystems, electrical/electronic systems and other areas where contractor engineering experience and/or information is required

  • Review commercial 700 series aircraft and 707 derivative aircraft technical data, including Airworthiness Directives, Service Letters, Service Bulletins, Fleet Team Digests, and Commercial Information Messages for E 6B applicability

  • Provide 707 specific part numbers that carry E-6B affectivity / military derivative 707 historical, proprietary, as authorized, initial E 6B production contract developed engineering data, on-going and subsequent modifications data. The engineering data may include engineering drawings, specifications, analysis reports, and data necessary to support configuration accounting, performance analysis, and respond to recurring tasks

  • Provide any recommended Technical Manual changes to the E-6B FST/ISS via the on-site Government representative

  • Review 707 commercial and peculiar E-6B Support Equipment technical data, including Airworthiness Directives, Service Letters, Service Bulletins, Fleet Team Digests, and Commercial Information Messages for E-6B applicability

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • Experience with data analysis tools and software

  • Experience in commercial, or commercial derivative aircraft maintenance related product support engineering

  • Experience with Boeing aircraft drawing interpretation, engineering, maintenance and parts support

  • Familiarity with E-6B or 707 aircraft

  • Experience working with the US government in the sustainment of aircraft

  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-function environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with digital platforms and learning new software

  • Experience in engineering roles requiring high attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work independently

  • Experience working with US Naval platforms

  • Experience presenting technical data to internal and external customers

  • Willing to travel 10% of the time

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
