Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Experienced or Lead) within the Lab Engineering team in Oklahoma City, OK.

The selected candidate will work with a team of Systems Engineers, Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Program Management to execute the lifecycle of labs in Oklahoma City.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will utilize strong communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams, management, and customers to help resolve technical issues and support organizational objectives.

This position will be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Researches, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.

  • Applies complex systems engineering processes, to new product development.

  • Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives.

  • Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools. Oversees training, leads and mentors others. Works under minimal direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years related technical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Cross Functional team integration     

  • Project Technical Planning                  

  • Project Financial Planning                   

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • 5+ years related technical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience leading projects.

Relocation:

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Experienced Level - $92,650 - $125,350

Lead Level - $113,900 – $154,100
