Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility & Surveillance (MS&B) is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Systems Engineering Support Analyst to join the AEW&C SEIT organization in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This organization supports international AWE&C Fleet through resolving cross functional technical issues over the entire product lifecycle, resolving part obsolescence issues, integrates modernization upgrades and modification solutions, and assisting in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.

The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to work with and learn from others, must be detail oriented, objective, analytical, and have excellent communication skills. The Boeing OKC site offers diverse product opportunities in an energized workplace. The candidate will be a member of a dynamic and diverse Systems Engineering team.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Interface with other members of project or program teams, management, customers and supplier to meet group, organization and company objectives
  • System Analysis (Technical Performance Measures, Risk, Issue, & Opportunity Management, SEIT performance/leading indicator metrics)
  • Integrate engineering and manage technical baselines
  • Perform technical planning
  • Maintain and improve processes and software tools
  • Research and analyze technical data
  • Develop and report performance metrics to program leadership

The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Science degree
  • 3 or more years of related work experience
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences using a variety of media to clearly convey information and ideas
  • Ability to collaborate with team members

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years or more experience in aerospace.
  • Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management
  • Experience executing various systems development life cycles and design reviews
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems
  • Proficient in MS excel
  • (level 3) Experience working both independently and in team environments
  • (Level 4) Experience in technical leadership of complex projects and engineering teams throughout the program life-cycle

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  The selected candidate will need to be located in the surrounding area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range:

Mid-Level:85,000 – 115,000

Senior: $106,250 – 143,750

Employment, and the continuity of employment of non-U.S. persons, is contingent upon the company’s ability to secure and maintain the necessary export control authorization.
