Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations teams at one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Hazelwood, MO, Plano, TX or Seattle, WA. This position will act as a business integrator and maintain a unified operating rhythm for the Director of BGS Business Operations / Safety & Quality Program.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.

Position Responsibilities:

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting and managing day-to-day operations and meetings

  • Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and ever-changing environment

  • Coordinate artifacts, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders

  • Track actions to resolution

  • Manages and updates operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Outlook, etc.)

  • Lead executive reporting the Safety & Quality Program

  • Serve as a strategic partner to BGS Business Operations Leadership to drive organizational efficiency and operational excellence through efficient use of systems, tools and processes

  • Collect, organize, and visualize data into insights

  • Partner with Director of BGS Business Operations / Safety & Quality Program on special projects

  • Functional expertise and the ability to manage diverse and complex topics

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion 

  • 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data 

  • 5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics 

  • 5+ years of experience leading projects 

  • 5+ years of experience creating executive level presentations

  • Experience working with geographically diverse teams

  • Experience working with confidential information

  • Exhibit strength in: business acumen, critical thinking, building positive relationships, problem solving​, and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

  • Experience working in Program Management, Business Operations, Finance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $132,600- $192,050
