Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the team in Portland, OR.

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented analyst to join our team in Portland. This person will compile and analyze compliance actions and headcount/staffing metrics to drive data-informed problem solving and implement site-specific solutions along with our leaders. The ideal candidate will translate complex data sets into actionable insights, partner with site leadership to ensure staffing and compliance requirements are met and support continuous improvement efforts that enable our business to operate efficiently and compliantly.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

  • Analyzes and interprets data

  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

  • Leading support function through people-side of lean (documenting and implementing standard work)

  • Leading staffing focal group to ensure proper levels of staffing at the site

  • Conducts problem-solving for people-related opportunities

  • Supporting site tools services team

  • Supporting site production compliance activities

  • Supporting and conducting new employee orientation

  • Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Portland, OR.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing requirements to develop action plans and facilitate implementation efforts

  • 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs

  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience

  • Experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model

  • Basic knowledge of Boeing PROs and BPIs

  • Experience with the Boeing Production System

  • Experience working in a team-based environment

  • Strong critical-thinking skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $106,200 - $129,800
