The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced, hands-on 737Information Technology Business Partner (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our team in Renton, WA.

This in-person role partners directly with production teams to integrate Information Technology (IT) products and services that enable Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) to deliver safe, high-quality airplanes on time.

This role provides strong exposure to leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality, a great opportunity to grow your influence and technical breadth.

You’ll work at the intersection of production and technology, influencing systems and processes that directly impact airplane delivery.

Your visibility and initiative will help reduce disruptions, accelerate solutions, and improve efficiency on the factory floor.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a production-first mindset focused on enabling BCA Programs to deliver safe, quality airplanes on time

  • Build trust through hands-on engagement and rapid follow-through while being a visible and accessible presence with the 737 program

  • Collaborate with BCA production team members at all levels to align priorities, diagnose problems and drive initiatives, engaging IT resources to develop and deploy practical solutions

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery; coordinate solution teams, architects, program managers and stakeholders to integrate solutions

  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison during major IT incidents: coordinate response, provide timely status to leaders, and help ensure effective root-cause corrective actions

  • Communicate progress, impacts and options clearly to senior leaders and frontline staff

  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing and sharing lessons learned to improve IT processes, tools and practices that support manufacturing

  • Work at the intersection of production and technology, influencing systems and processes that directly impact airplane delivery

  • Help reduce disruptions, accelerate solutions, and improve efficiency on the factory floor

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT) products and services

  • 3+ years of experience in business requirements and analysis on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with management interface

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience working onsite and engaging directly with production teams (mechanics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality)

  • Experience in formal project or product management and history of delivering initiatives producing measurable productivity or efficiency gains

  • Experience with stakeholder management, communication, and change-leadership skills

  • Experience influencing leaders and frontline staff

  • Experience facilitating cross-functional teams (e.g., leading lean workshops, conducting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), resolving conflicts, producing clear actionable outcomes

  • Experience with lean problem-solving skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $102,850 - 139,150

Summary pay range for Senior: $128,350 - $173,650
