The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is currently seeking an AssociateSalesforce Developer to join the Customer Relation Management (CRM) Digital Solutions team in Renton, WA or Seattle, WA

This role provides an exciting opportunity to develop technical expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem while contributing to CRM capabilities supporting Boeing’s global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.

Under the guidance of senior developers, architects, and technical leads, you will participate in designing, building, testing, and deploying Salesforce functionalities that enhance customer information systems and integrate with enterprise applications. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, develop strong technical and problem-solving skills, and grow within a world-class engineering and technology organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, development, and unit testing of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

  • Develop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools under senior supervision

  • Assist with enhancements, bug fixes, system configurations, and deployment activities across Salesforce environments

  • Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using application programming interfaces (APIs), middleware, and event-based patterns

  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and adherence to Boeing’s secure coding and development standards

  • Assist in the analysis of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define technical solutions

  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

  • Support testing efforts including unit testing, regression testing, and validation of deployment changes

  • Learn and apply best practices for Salesforce development, Development, Security, Operations (DevSecOps), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control, and metadata management

  • Stay informed about Salesforce release updates, platform enhancements, and evolving best practices

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in software development

  • 1+ years of experience with exposure to Salesforce or cloud platforms

  • 1+ years of experience in Apex, LWC, Java, JavaScript, or similar object-oriented programming languages

  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce concepts such as data model, automation tools, workflows, validation rules, and security basics

  • 1+ years of experience in agile teams and collaborate across business and technical groups

  • 1+ years of experience working with senior developers and architects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Platform App Builder

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or integrations

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Git, Salesforce DX), DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks

  • Experience with API concepts, JSON, REST/SOAP, and integration patterns

  • Experience in large enterprise environments or regulated industries

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $92,650 – $125,350
