Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for highly motivated Business Operations Specialists (Level 3 or 4) to join our 737 Program Business Operations Team in Renton, Washington.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. The roles require both a strategic & critical thinking mind set with the desire to execute solutions through varying levels of ambiguity. Successful candidates are natural self-starters with the ability to quickly adapt strategies, plans, and solutions in response to dynamic business requirements. You will help drive business planning, decision making, and business insights within the 737 program.

Successful candidates should be able to:

Provide the right information at the right level of detail at the right time. Identify and turn actions into implemented improvements. Ensure right tools, methods and processes are used to provide structure and integration. Anticipate and ensure current activities align with priorities. Understand how to utilize data analytics and tools to gain insight for decision-making. Candidates also need to move with speed and agility in supporting our targets among the changing environments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project portfolios such as Work Movement and Work Statement Management

  • Leads production-related Directives, coordinating data and incorporating plans and commitments with internal and external organizations

  • Manages special projects and strategic initiatives for the program

  • Facilitates discussions & provides recommendations in Program Leadership Meeting

  • Supports work statement management publishing software (CDX)

  • Supports KPI data gathering

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

  • 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data in industry standard tools such as excel, tableau, and Smartsheet; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions

  • Experience in facilitating meetings, creating executive briefing decks and PowerPoints, and presenting to senior leaders and executives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Level 4: 8+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

  • 3+ years of experience developing and communicating recommendations to executive level management

  • Familiar with Program Management Best Practices, Change Board, Work Movement, and Directives processes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Level 3 Summary pay range: $95,700-$103,400

Level 4 Summary pay range: $118,320-$127,840
