The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join the team in Renton, WA.

The Boeing Brand Experiences (BBE) | Enterprise Account Management Team plays a crucial role in supporting Boeing’s internal customers with their branded merchandise needs. This includes developing, recommending, and delivering brand-compliant merchandise, order forms, stock items, and custom products.

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager with a proven track record in the promotional products and/or custom-branded merchandise industries. This individual will provide tailored product recommendations based on internal customer needs, industry trends, and historical sales data.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, building long-term relationships with internal customers. They must be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple milestones, and adaptable to changing requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Account Manager will ensure that internal customers receive consistent updates on progress and will demonstrate proficiency in prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines. Additionally, the ability to effectively address and resolve customer service issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction is essential.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and cultivates relationships with Boeing’s Brand Team, communication focal points, and internal stakeholders to provide custom branded merchandise solutions for customer and event-driven requests, ensuring compliance with Boeing’s brand and merchandise policy

  • Understands and adheres to Boeing’s brand and branded merchandise policy expectations

  • Utilizes product knowledge, merchandising skills, and creativity to present innovative product solutions to customers

  • Develops detailed merchandise proposals with accurate pricing aimed at exceeding customer expectations

  • Manages multiple custom projects with varying deadlines from inception to completion

  • Integrates project changes, lessons learned, and best practices into recap meetings with customer relations business partners following major events

  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of process flow, and meticulous attention to detail

  • Manages, organizes, tracks, and processes daily orders in collaboration with customers and custom merchandise stakeholders

  • Supports additional custom merchandise programs and initiatives as needed to address current and future business requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a relevant field of study

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Exhibits an outstanding customer service attitude, and is flexible to changing schedules and requirements

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other business related software

  • Experience in the custom merchandise industry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in promotional, brand, and/or custom sales

  • ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute) / PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) Industry sales experience

  • Experience in promotional, brand, and/or custom sales

  • Experience in brand and global advertising

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
