Boeing Human Resources (HR) is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and Project Management Specialist (Experience or Senior) to partner with the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Production and Maintenance function to integrate workforce development initiatives across the different Programs. In partnership with business leaders, Learning and Development (L&D), Global Talent Acquisition (GTA), Total Rewards and Communications, this individual will participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of the initiatives that will build organizational capability, close skill gaps, and support strategic workforce plans. This role will help to design, implement, and measure programs such as sourcing and hiring, on-boarding, training, upskilling/reskilling, career-pathing, and large-scale learning rollout. Strong experience in project management and ability to process and analyze data will be required for this role.

This position can be based in Renton, WA or Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for workforce development initiatives, including scoping, planning, risk management, implementation and closeout

  • Provide HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives and advise management on a variety of HR matters

  • Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (executive, management, and non-management) on HR practices, policy and processes

  • Work with stakeholders (business leaders, HRBPs, L&D, GTA, and Total Rewards) to define goals, success metrics, timelines, and roles for each initiative

  • Translate strategic workforce plans and skill gaps analyses into prioritized project roadmaps and actionable work-streams

  • Obtain and analyze data to determine focus areas and/or direction

  • Coordinate communication and change management activities to drive adoption and engagement among managers and employees

  • Partner with the business to track project performance and program outcomes

  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and risk/issue logs; ensure compliance with organizational and contractual policies

  • Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and integrate feedback into future program design

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex projects

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data

  • 3+ years of experience executing strategic workforce planning strategies

  • 3+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 3+ years of experience in deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • Experience with change management

  • Experience working in a business environment partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Human Resources certification(s)

  • 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience adapting to changing scope, responsibilities and job requirements

  • Strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of business priorities and be able to translate them into action plans that drive business results

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Level 3: $102,000– $138,000

Summary pay range for Level 4: $127,500 - $172,500
