Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Sales and Marketing organization has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in Renton, WA, responsible for providing support to an organization located mostly across the Washington Puget Sound area, as well as having teams across the broader US and internationally. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior specialists to find the best fit for this position.

This role is responsible for developing HR strategies and solutions that meet the business priorities for the organization. Critical thinking and having an innovative approach to solve problems will be an imperative part of daily management as well as active participation in business planning and decisions; offering innovative solutions to meet business requirements. This position will work with a team of HR professionals to integrate and implement solutions and reduce complexities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the Sales and Marketing HR Team as a consultant and strategic advisor, working to drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective

  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute strategies and plan in HR related fields such as; talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, performance and career development, early career innovation and overall employee engagement

  • Serve as a conduit for business/function specific talent planning, productivity performance optimization, organizational change and leadership development

  • Partner with leadership to develop and enhance robust talent strategies to include workforce staffing and leadership development

  • Lead, engage in, and deploy HR initiatives and business-related projects

  • Partner with business leader(s) and coach/council leader to drive HR alignment and approach

  • Build cross functional and cross organizational partnerships with HR, enterprise functional partners, and business leaders

  • Work with Communities of Excellence (CoE) partners to deploy tailored solutions where needed (heavy capability needs in compensation and talent)

  • Drive development and achievement of strategic organization and talent plans, reduce complexities and enhance the value of our HR team by achieving business results and commitments

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 3+ years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects

  • 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience developing key business knowledge to recommend solutions

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

  • 3+ years of experience developing/implementing strategic plans

  • Experience in negotiation and innovative solutioning

  • Experience supporting sales and marketing organizations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $87,500 - $129,000
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $111,350 - $164,000
