The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-LevelLearning Program Manager to join our Learning & Development team supporting our Mandatory Required Training.  This dual role is essential for supporting our Learning business partners and ensuring the effective management of our Mandatory Required processes and learning portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for learning, and a commitment to quality assurance. This position can be located in Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; or Portland, OR.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Mandatory Required Training Lead: Assist the MRT Lead in coaching and educating our Learning business partners on MRT processes to ensure a thorough understanding and effective implementation.
  • Quarterly Deployments: Collaborate with the MRT Lead to plan and execute quarterly deployments, ensuring all activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Annual Exercise: Participate in the planning and execution of the annual exercise, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
  • MRT Data & Tool Management: Lead the management of MRT tools, ensuring data is maintained and work with developers to update tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of MRT activities and tools.
  • Manage and Execute our Mandatory Compliance Training Portfolio: Oversee the management and execution of the learning portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with project management
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to coach and mentor others

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $120,000
