Job Description:  

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our 737 Engine Management team in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement and supply‑chain strategies for engine program

  • Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non‑conformance resolution

  • Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier‑related technical issues

  • Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecard

  • Manage engine allocations to support baseline production requirements and emergent needs

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):  

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 5+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design

  • 2+ years of experience with business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, and/or process improvement methods 

  • 2+ years of experience in SAP or other ERP system implementations

  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 25%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • Level 4: 9+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 9+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design

  • Ability to integrate cross-functionally

  • Experience driving execution with evolving information

  • Ability to communicate change status and risk to leadership 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3: $101,150 - $111,860

Level 4: $126,650 - $140,060
