Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Senior Project Management Specialist to join the 737 Payloads Integration Team in Renton, Washington.

Our Payloads organization is responsible for everything you see when you fly; and a lot that you don’t: The Interior of the airplane, along with the Lavatories, Galleys, Cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety all make up Payloads. We enable our airline customers to fulfill their mission and represent their brand.   

Position Responsibilities:                                                     

  • Manage the preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Maintain, analyze, and produce metrics related to project plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments. Develop and document risk handling plans.
  • Create and provide reports on performance variances, project status, and change information to project team and leadership.
  • Communicate plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
  • Manage the development and implementation of improvement processes, tools, and keep an eye on emerging technology concepts to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • 3+ years’ related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ related work experience.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Mid-Level $93,500 - $126,500

Summary pay range Senior $115,600 - $156,400
