The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Delivery Lead to join the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in Seattle, WA or Renton, WA

The Senior Salesforce Delivery Lead is accountable for end-to-end delivery, excellence, and operational readiness of Salesforce CRM initiatives across multiple agile teams. This role ensures delivery predictability, quality, architectural alignment, and compliance while enabling teams to deliver business value at scale.

The Senior Delivery Lead partners closely with Business Product Managers, Solution Architects, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Pod Leads, and enterprise stakeholders to drive planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement across Salesforce programs.

This role requires strong leadership presence, the ability to operate in a complex, matrixed enterprise, and experience delivering large-scale Salesforce programs in regulated environments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM initiatives across multiple agile teams, ensuring releases meet scope, quality, timeline, security, and compliance expectations

  • Lead cross-team planning, sprint synchronization, and alignment of commitments during quarterly Program Increments (PI)

  • Manage dependencies, sequencing, and delivery risks across Salesforce teams, enterprise IT teams, and business programs to minimize blockers and rework

  • Support business-based Product Managers in go-live planning, including deployment windows, rollback strategies, and production cutover activities

  • Coach and mentor Product Owners, Pod Leads, and supplier delivery leads to improve agile execution, team effectiveness, and delivery maturity

  • Partner with IT Product Management on budget oversight, vendor performance, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet delivery targets

  • Remove organizational impediments and escalate risks or issues requiring program-level or executive attention with clear mitigation plans

  • Translate business strategy and product priorities into a clear, executable delivery roadmap with measurable milestones

  • Partner with Release Train Engineers and Pod Leads to establish and sustain agile governance, including roles, decision rights, and escalation paths

  • Maintain cross-team risk, issue, and dependency tracking, driving timely mitigation and resolution

  • Act as the primary delivery liaison between business-based product and solution managers and agile teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and trade-off decisions

  • Provide clear, executive-ready communication on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to program leadership and steering committees

  • Ensure delivered solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, data, and integration standards

  • Coordinate cross-team architectural decisions and sponsor technical enablers such as refactoring, platform upgrades, CI/CD improvements, and observability to reduce technical debt and long-term risk

  • Embed and enforce quality gates across CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, security scanning, and performance validation

  • Define and oversee production readiness criteria, operational handover, monitoring, incident response, and post-incident reviews

  • Track and improve delivery KPIs including predictability, defect trends, release stability, deployment frequency, and team velocity

  • Lead regular team-level and cross-team retrospectives, converting insights into actionable improvements

  • Promote a DevOps culture, automation, and data-driven decision-making across delivery teams

  • Support standardization of delivery tools and processes for backlog management, CI/CD, test automation, and observability

  • Create and maintain delivery playbooks, templates, and runbooks to scale consistent practices across teams

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, security, and vendor risk requirements across development and deployment practices

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, program delivery, or product execution roles

  • 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce or enterprise SaaS delivery in agile/SAFe environments
