The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Financial Cost Analyst to join the P8 Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) team in Renton, Washington.

In this exciting role, you'll be at the center of a high-performance production environment, partnering with manufacturing, business operating and program leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads integration and analysis of Labor forecasts for programs

  • Develops complex performance reports

  • Leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of financial performance to senior management

  • Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

  • Leads development of complex strategic and operating plans as it relates to integrated resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) forecast

  • Leads the development of complex business cases

  • Drives continuous improvement in program financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial controls

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience performing financial analysis

  • 3+ years of experience with estimates of completion (EACs,) forecasting, resource planning, and cost management

  • Experience in building strong business relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP), Estimates at Complete (EAC), Earned Value Management (EVMS), or cost performance analysis

  • Experience in estimating, contracts, pricing, or proposal development

  • Experience in the ability to lead financial analysis for complex programs or projects

  • Experience in strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Summary pay range: $122,400 – $165,600
