  • Manage feature toggles, release gating, and rollback procedures in coordination with technical leads and SRE/DevOps

  • Support release readiness: deployment runbooks, smoke tests, monitoring configuration, and incident response alignment

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and automation (CI/CD workflows, test automation adoption)

  • Mentor and coach delivery team members on agile best practices and accountability for outcomes

  • Align feature delivery to business value and OKRs, ensuring teams focus on measurable outcomes post-release

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in product delivery, technical program management, or agile coaching roles supporting software teams

  • 5+ years of experience working with product managers and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features

  • 5+ years of experience of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum ban) and experience running ceremonies and release planning

  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

  • Experience with delivery and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar

  • Experience with CI/CD principles, feature flagging, and basic release engineering concepts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Certifications such as CSPO, PSM, SAFe (PO/PM) or SAFe RTE

  • Experience analyzing delivery metrics and drive process improvements based on data

  • Experience with ambiguity and adept at prioritizing competing demands

  • Experience in a product-led organization and working with modern SaaS product stacks

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
