We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Analyst to support the BCA Basics of Operations Leadership Development program. This role will involve analyzing data, creating reports, managing enrollment processes, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the program for first line leaders in BCA Manufacturing and Quality.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment Management: Oversee registration activities for the Basics of Operations Leadership Development courses, including processing enrollment change requests (e.g., drops, new enrollments, date changes) and ensuring learners have appropriate courses on their learning plans.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to training effectiveness, class fill-rates, and participant feedback. Create reports, including weekly enrollment updates and survey responses, to provide necessary insights to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex student questions and issues related to enrollment, logistics, and course changes.
  • Facilitation & Logistics Support: Schedule and communicate with instructors (both internal and external), manage classroom space, and print/distribute course materials. Order and modify catering as needed for each class.
  • Outreach & Communication: Perform outreach to learners, facilitators, and executive instructors as needed to boost enrollment and ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of BOLD training and report findings to leadership.
  • Assessment Management: Manage the post course survey process, compile and summarize participants responses. Develop process for ongoing reporting.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and program coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Direct experience in employee development

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $80,910 - $87,420
