Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst to join our 737 Training team in Renton, Washington.

The Training team is part of the Production Systems Training organization and is responsible for leading training planning and coordination efforts in support of leaders and employees on the production floor.

The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skill sets in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Our teams are currently hiring for Mid-Level (Level 3) Staff Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect, prioritize and validate requirements with training partners and managers
  • Analyze and validate customer requests, coordinate training needs and evaluate training criteria
  • Develop customer/partner training risk mitigation strategies and recovery plan for training issues
  • Provide necessary facilitation for gap and/or emergent training
  • Collaborate with customer on requirement satisfaction targets
  • Authenticate customer training data integrity
  • Communicate training schedule to key stakeholders
  • Produce metrics indicating effectiveness of fulfilled requests and implemented solutions
  • Communicate to partners, customers and other stakeholders the certification and audit mandated changes that affect training requirements. Results to be published via burn-down reports or other forms of documentation.
  • Integrate themselves into programs at a senior leadership level in order to establish training requirements and needs
  • Coach managers and deliver 1:1 or group training regarding certification management or My Learning system utilization
  • Produce program training analytics; establish operating rhythm and follow program standards
  • Participate and support enterprise initiatives (e.g., shipside certification utilization, cert challenge)
  • Understand and communicate governing documents and policies related to training

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. 

To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations
  • 5+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
  • 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
  • 3+ years of experience leading the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • Experience integrating, coordinating, and presenting developmental training programs and staffing resource needs across large organizations
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
  • Experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve non-technical or operational problems regarding business objectives and team efficiency
  • Experience in communicating across multiple platforms with the ability to effectively reach diverse backgrounds and levels of teammates and leadership

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 80,910 - $ 92,120
