The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a SeniorPerformance Analysis Engineer to join a Proprietary Program located in Richardson, TX.

This proprietary effort develops complex, highly integrated, advanced systems, enabling future growth for Boeing and our customers. The selected candidate will serve as a technical leader developing and analyzing cutting edge sensors and tracking solutions providing a clear and concise operating picture to the war fighter.

This ideal candidate will have experience conducting engineering reviews, modeling, manipulating and analyzing Monte Carlo analysis, developing sensor signal processing/algorithms, and experience applying object-oriented software design for evaluation of data sets. Experience in Mission Systems, Radar, Optics, Fusion, and defining multi-level security architecture is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, bring an aptitude to learn, have a math, physics, or engineering background and be well versed in Matlab, Python, or other scripting languages.

This position will be 100% onsite in Richardson, TX.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

  • An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required  

  • Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements may be required for these positions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and performing trade studies

  • Presenting and communicating complex solutions to internal and external customers

  • Assists in developing and documenting requirements for various sensors and tracking solutions

  • Perform complex analysis to predict component performance to established requirements

  • Conduct tests to validate performance of designs to requirements

  • Collect data on supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements.

  • Provide support to products throughout their lifecycle

  • Supports project management by gathering project status data

  • Experience self-leading IRAD projects

  • Experience with agile tools such as JIRA or Gitlab.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and/or modeling and simulation

  • 10+ years in a technical leadership role leading an engineer team as a Technical Lead Engineer (TLE), Associate Tech Fellow (ATF), or Tech Fellow (TF).

  • Experience working across teams or IPT’s to gather data and collaborate

  • Experience working IRAD projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with agile tools such as JIRA or Gitlab.

Travel:

Travel is required for this position (at least 20%)

Summary pay range:

$210,800 – $285,200
