Job Description

At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. We’re committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that’s welcoming, respectful and inclusive, with great opportunity for professional growth. Find your future with us.

Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. is seeking a Product Operations lead reporting to the Product Management Specialist Manager.

The Product Operations Lead defines and scales Boeing’s product operations model to align digital products with customer outcomes and business strategy.  You will build the systems, culture and governance that enable empowered teams to deliver value predictably, measure impact, and continuously improve.  In partnership with product, design, software development, go-to-market teams and others, the role ensures Boeing’s digital portfolio is future-ready, customer-focused, and innovation-driven.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary Product Operations organization (analytics, program & release, tooling, experimentation, enablement).

  • Partner with product leadership to translate business strategy and customer needs into operating models, portfolio priorities, and measurable outcomes.

  • Establish product governance and cadence: portfolio planning, roadmap review, dependency management, release windows, and post-release reviews.

  • Champion customer value realization: define and track KPIs/OKRs, create a single source of truth for product metrics, and standardize experiment analysis; linking product delivery to customer success and business growth.

  • Drive tooling and automation for product workflows.

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and risk mitigation for large, multi-team programs; run dependency resolution and escalation paths.

  • Create enablement programs, onboarding, playbooks, templates, and operating-level agreements with partner organizations.

  • Lead cultural adoption of data-driven decision-making and experimentation at scale, embedding these practices across product teams.

  • Mentor and coach product managers, program leaders and analysts to raise organization capability in product thinking.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of experience in product discovery, product management, product operations, program management, or related function in software/SaaS/embedded product environments.

  • Demonstrated success scaling ProdOps or equivalent functions at growth/scale-stage technology organizations.

  • Strong experience with lifecycle and release management and cross-team program delivery across multiple product streams.

  • Proven analytical rigor: comfortable defining metrics, partnering with analytics/data teams, and driving data-informed decisions.

  • Hands-on familiarity with product tooling ecosystems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders and present to executive audiences.

  • Must be legally able to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

  • Experience with experimentation/A-B testing governance and statistical best practices.

  • Background in platform or infrastructure product management, tooling development, or engineering.

  • SW Development, SW architecture experience and fluency with related concepts.

  • Technical fluency with data engineering/science concepts, evidence of close partnership experience with data teams.
