Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to support Vertical Lift programs in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.

In this role, you will work with the program leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, baseline, and analyze Master Production Schedules while consistently demonstrating Boeing’s Values and Behaviors.  Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Supports the development, coordination, integration, analysis, and maintenance of production schedules to meet program and/or project requirements
  • Assists in the development of proposal production schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, integrates work statements, and documents assumptions
  • Identifies and reports aircraft and end item delivery performance variances and opportunities to mitigate risks
  • Supports development of Master Production Schedules, data, and metrics
  • Supports change incorporation and detail commitment schedules related to production scheduling products. Participates in the review of proposed changes to the Master Production Schedule
  • Ensures adherence to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) Compliance Requirements, prepares for and supports Defense Contract Management Agency and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCMA/DCAA) Audits
  • Earns a seat at the table as a value-added member on program and campaign teams

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
  • 1+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 1+ years of experience with utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing workflows
  • Holds an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 5% of the time.

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $100,800
