Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities Production Equipment Analyst (Level 4 or 5) to support the Philadelphia Critical Equipment Team in Ridley Park, PA.

This position will help shape the strategic vision for a new organization that is critical to the site’s continuing success. This position is responsible for Production Equipment Maintenance Strategy, Asset Planning, Long Range Business Plan (LRBP), project quality controls, and performance cost reporting. You will work with a cross-functional team of equipment engineers, finance, procurement specialists, equipment maintenance, site business partners and leaders to analyze and successfully execute critical deliverables across multiple platforms and customers.

Position Responsibilities (Level 4):  

  • Communicates effectively and proactively with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities
  • Works to review, create, improve, and document system processes and procedures within Equipment Maintenance to ensure equipment productivity and production stability
  • Design and implement tools to analyzes trend data to identify opportunities to optimize equipment uptime, maintenance efficiency and overall life cycle cost
  • Conducts studies, prepares presentations and makes recommendations for long-range plans and for current operations to support all levels of management, while taking into consideration objectives and strategies that meet business requirements
  • Uses project management tools and industry-recognized concepts to develop scope of work, budget, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget
  • Review and assess cost, schedule and associated risks
  • Work cross functionally with production (crafts people), business partners, and Engineering team
  • Work across functions to perform problem resolution in support of production by investigating, developing and preparing alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations
  • Facilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organizations needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of production equipment
  • Using ingenuity and innovation, identifies and creates solutions to complex problems with in production equipment maintenance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using all of the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using advanced data visualization software, such as Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI
  • Experience creating and presenting data, reports, and other deliverables and presenting that data to internal and external stakeholders
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures
  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 1+ years of experience conducting data and trend analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems including the Material requirements planning (MRP) functions such as Maximo
  • Associate's Degree or trade school equivalent
  • Experience building and forecasting maintenance strategy
  • Experience being a clear and confident communicator to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 4: $105,400– $142,600

Level 5: $134,300 - $181,700
