Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 5) to support the Materials Management Core Operations.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Serve as the functional authority for Production Control / Materials Management (PCMM), owning process definitions, command media, and regulatory requirement interpretation to ensure consistent application and compliance
  • Lead administration of the BDS Materials Management compliance program, overseeing site-level compliance activities and partnering with PCMM teams to identify, document, and remediate deficiencies identified by internal quality teams or external agencies
  • Recommend and drive updates to corporate and divisional policies to maintain alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices
  • Collaborate across functions to map current-state processes, establish baselines, and design standardized, controlled processes that reduce risk and improve operational compliance
  • Define and implement BDS-wide process and performance metrics; analyze results and present clear, actionable findings to senior managers and executives to support informed decisions
  • Coordinate complex, cross-functional projects and corrective action plans to resolve nonconformances, ensuring root-cause resolution and sustained compliance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and replicate high-value Materials Management and industry best practices across BDS to strengthen control environments and efficiency
  • Lead teams to document, implement, and sustain new tools, techniques, and process controls that drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory and contractual compliance
  • Act as an organizational spokesperson on advanced PCMM initiatives and provide consultative guidance on technical research, regulatory interpretation, and practical application of new process controls

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) 
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word 
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, materials management and/or supply chain functions in a production environment 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience   
  • 10+ years of experience with ERP systems such as Compass and/or SAP
  • 10+ years of experience in Operations, materials management and/or supply chain functions in a production environment 
  • Experience working through Federal regulatory requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

$107,950 - $133,350

$116,450 - $143,850

Ridley Park, PA; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Kent, WA; Tukwila, WA

$124,950 - $154,350
