Boeing Poland is currently hiring an Entry-LevelManufacturing Engineer for the Production Engineering Make Work Workable Team to support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in Rzeszow, Poland.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical problem-solving, and daily support. The engineer will work with Manufacturing Engineers and Planners on Production Engineering for assemblies in commercial airplane programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations

  • Create manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals

  • Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, and technology to meet production needs

  • Review and approve supplier data for compliance

  • Define tooling requirements and resolve manufacturing issues

  • Assess producibility and provide input to meet cost and schedule targets

  • Manage engineering changes and update production processes

  • Support Lean principles

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

  • Related work experience or equivalent education

  • Knowledge of engineering documentation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), PLM/PDM, and configuration management

  • Design and tooling knowledge

  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience across the value stream

  • Basic knowledge of FAA/EASA certification and Boeing processes

  • Familiarity with aerospace lifecycle and Lean production

Important information regarding this requisition: This requisition is for a locally hired position in POLAND. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CURRENT LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IMMEDIATELY IN POLAND.
