Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) / Intelligence Systems (IS) is seeking motivated and self-starting Lead Program Technical Integrator (PTI) Engineer for our team based in Saint Charles, MO.

At Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) you will help connect, protect, explore and inspire. You will translate the PCE’s technical direction into executable integration plans, drive hardware/software integration across the product lifecycle, and ensure technical integrity for development, production, and sustainment.

Reporting to the DA Office of the Chief Engineer working closely with the Program Chief Engineer for independent technical direction, you will coordinate IPT activities, manage supplier integration, close technical risks, and prepare executive-level technical briefings. • Lead anomaly management and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes in coordination with mission assurance and quality teams

  • Coordinate supplier technical integration activities; support supplier reviews, acceptance testing, and nonconformance resolution

  • Prepare and deliver concise executive technical briefings, status updates, and risk reports for the PCE, Program Manager, and customers

  • Support PCE approval of engineering directives, systems engineering processes, continuous improvement initiatives, MRB/CCB/ERB decisions, and proposal technical scope reviews

Day-to-Day Activities / Typical Duties

  • Triage supplier and internal technical issues; lead cross-functional root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions

  • Coordinate test planning and execution with test leads, manufacturing, and suppliers
