Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for Product Acceptance Specialists onsite in Salt Lake City or West Jordan, Utah.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements

  • Provides objective evidence of results

  • Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies

  • Segregates and controls non-conforming items

  • Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance

  • Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification

  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry

  • Ability to work a 1st or 2nd shift on a rotational basis, as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level C: 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)

  • Experience with verifying routine product conformance to design requirements

  • Experience working with/in Common Manufacturing Execution Systems (CMES)

  • Experience operating Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)

  • Experience identifying non-conformances

  • PC DMIS or Spatial Analyzer experience

Shift:

Variable Shift- West Jordan 4x10 Mon -Thursday(1st: typically 4:45am - 3:30 pm; 2nd typically 3:30 pm – 2am).

Salt Lake City 5x8 Mon - Friday (1st: typically 6:45am - 3:30 pm; 2nd typically 3:30 pm - 12pm).

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range Associate (Level B): $49,500 - $60,500

Summary Pay Range Experienced (Level C): $57,000 – $69,500
