Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Acceptance Specialists (Level C) to join our team in San Antonio, TX on second shift.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

The selected candidate is responsible for, but not limited to, performing tasks in the areas including receiving inspections at multiple sites, partnering with customers for discrepancy resolution, being actively engaged in improvement projects and corrective actions. First-Pass Quality is a top priority when work is completed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements

  • Provides objective evidence of results

  • Performs auditing, surveillance, and monitoring

  • Identifies and documents discrepancies

  • Segregates and controls non-conforming items

  • Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification

  • Verifies compliance with customer requirements

  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action

  • Verifies documents and communicates shift turnover

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Must be detailed oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere

  • 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, quality inspection and/or auditing

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional work environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a formal or information team leadership role
  • Associate’s degree or higher

Shift:

This position is for second shift.

Summary pay range: $53,500 – $72,450

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
