Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Quality & EHS Business Operations teams at one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Hazelwood, MO, Plano, TX or Seattle, WA. This position will act as a business integrator and maintain a unified operating rhythm.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and managing day-to-day operations and meetings
  • Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and ever-changing environment
  • Coordinate artifacts, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders and customers
  • Identify risk and opportunity potential to develop mitigation plans and present plans to leaders to gain approval
  • Assists in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.
  • Track actions to resolution
  • Manages and updates operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Outlook, etc.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion 
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data 
  • 5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics 
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience working in Program Management and/or Business Operations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $107,950 - $127,000 - Hazelwood, MO / San Antonio, TX

Summary Pay Range: $115,600 – #136,000 - Plano, TX / Seattle, WA
