Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our Value Stream Integration team in San Antonio, TX.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing direct project support to our GREF PMO Team supporting modernization and technology improvements. This role will manage multiple, concurrent projects of moderate to high complexity and risk—shaping timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment from inception through delivery. This position blends tactical project execution with executive-level communication: you’ll build detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, drive risk mitigation, and present program status and recommendations to senior leaders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of multiple concurrent projects of moderate to high complexity and risk, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes across business and technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate daily with engineering, data engineers, product owners, QA, security, and cross‑functional teams to develop realistic program plans, define dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions

  • Develop, maintain, and integrate detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations; drive baseline and change management

  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, QA, operations, security, finance, vendors) to define scope, manage dependencies, and resolve issues

  • Facilitate Agile and Waterfall delivery practices, tailoring lifecycle and governance to project needs; lead sprint planning, status reviews, and release readiness

  • Manage vendor and third‑party relationships, review contracts and statements of work, and ensure vendor deliverables meet acceptance criteria

  • Drive risk identification, mitigation, and escalation; maintain risk registers and present mitigation plans to stakeholders and executives

  • Prepare and deliver executive‑level status briefings, dashboards, and stakeholder communications; ensure transparency of schedule, budget, and scope

  • Educate and coach teams on PM best practices (Agile and Waterfall), secure stakeholder buy‑in, and drive adoption of scalable delivery practices (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management

  • 10+ years of developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners

  • Experience with Agile practices and processes

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • PMP certification or actively pursuing PMP

  • Experience in facilities or real estate projects

  • Experience with Smartsheet, PowerBI, Project Web App (PWA)

  • Experience with Information Technology Program or Project Management
