Boeing Brazil is seeking an Associate Human Resource Generalist , who will have responsibility for partnering with our Latin America & Caribbean region as well as our Corporate Functions working out of the São José Dos Campos office.

This role requires excellent communication, integration, collaboration and adaptability skills. This individual will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. As an HRG, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with managers and employees, providing expertise in various HR areas.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor and partner to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Manages the full life cycle of new employees including onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews at termination.

  • Manage employee issues by providing guidance and facilitating resolution in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, surveys, and events to foster a positive work culture and also be a champion for the company’s Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion team.

  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

  • Other special projects as assigned

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Must have existing rights to work in Brazil 

  • Fluent in both written and verbal English

  • Bachelor's degree or higher Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Related work experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and their practical application in the workplace.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with managers and employees at all levels.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Additional Information: 

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. 
Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil. 
Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
