We are currently seeking a Facilities Analyst, to join our dynamic and experienced Boeing Global Enterprise Services team in Brazil.

The candidate will be responsible for the facilities and for interacting with internal and external customers and suppliers of construction and maintenance services.

The individual will provide technical support, problem resolution, training and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems and processes. They will also create, review, improve and document processes and procedures related to facilities operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor existing Facility related contracts to determine compliance as directed. Develops contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant documents.
  • Interact with suppliers and buyers. Facilitate team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes.
  • Generate plans, acquire materials, and schedule services for facilities activities.
  • Communicate with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities.
  • Research open facility request and validates and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources (e.g., tools, parts) and assets (e.g., machinery, building, equipment) in order to meet customer service requests, government requirements (e.g., environment, safety), and planned maintenance activities.
  • Support efforts to review, create, improve, and document processes and procedures related to facilities operations by creating basic documents.
  • Participate in meetings with other organizations such as Health & Safety, SM&P, Document Control, Legal, Security and Fire, IT) to create and validate processes.
  • Participate in and supports elements of projects. Complete assigned projects. Work according to assigned schedule.
  • With limited supervision, collects and logs accurate data from various systems. Perform analysis using developed tools.
  • Assist in making recommendations and implementing improvements. Conduct basic research using varied media (such as internet, reports) to support assigned tasks.
  • Receive and input internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Support and coordinate the processing of routine requests to meet customer needs. With supervision and in a limited role, provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities systems or processes.
  • Ensure that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents. Support efforts to resolve business operation problems. May assist in the investigation and development of alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations.
  • Assess risks, develop and implement risk mitigations for new and ongoing business activities.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
  • The ability and willingness to travel occasionally for business.
  • Previous experience in building maintenance and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems and processes.
  • Knowledge and skills in conducting risk assessments.
  • Ability to support Sustainability efforts – aligning with the company’s goals for Net Zero Carbon emissions.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge in Green Building Council – LEED – sustainable building and their practices.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. 

Additional Information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil.  

Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil.  

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
