Boeing Brazil is seeking IT Global Business Partner, reporting to the IT Manager, working out of the Sao Jose Dos Campos office. 

The IT Global Business Partner will be responsible for the provisioning of business focused IT services and solutions in partnership with local and global IT teams to all global customers (businesses, programs and functions). This individual contributor role will take responsibility for understanding business needs, collaborating with local and global teams to ensure delivery of programs of work to support business growth. You will partner with multiple stakeholders as suppliers of services to internal customers, to ensure business commitments are met.
The position reports to IT Global Business Success Leader and serves as key member of Canada & Latin America regional IT team.

Position Responsibilities: 

•    Act as a primary IT interface for regional business stakeholders.
•    Build trusted relationships with leaders, partners and delivery teams across the organisation.
•    Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Coordinate work across regional and global IT teams, guiding delivery through influence rather than hierarchy.
•    Help align resources, dependencies and timelines across virtual teams.
•    Provide structure, clarity and follow-through to ensure commitments are met.
•    Conduct high-level cost-benefit analysis and support decision-making.
•    Identify existing or reusable enterprise solutions wherever possible.
•    Monitor risks, issues and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
•    Support change management activities and customer acceptance.
•    Contribute ideas and insights to improve services, ways of working and collaboration across IT.
•    Help strengthen business partnering capability within the wider IT organisation.
•    Strong exposure to international stakeholders and global programmes.
•    Regular collaboration outside local business hours to align with global teams.
•    Occasional travel may be required.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

•    Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
•    Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
•    Must have a Bachelor Degree 
•    In depth experience in customer facing roles.
•    Proven experience working in a global environment, proven ability to engage and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders globally through calls and discussions would be a pre-requisite for the role together with excellent project and time management skills.
•    Effective influencing skills working with managers and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):


•    Master degree, MBA or equivalent preferred.
•    In depth experience working with cross-functional teams.
•    Working in a Regional/ International Team, with experience contributing and rolling out of globally developed strategy, projects & solutions.
•    Organization skills to effectively work in cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements.
•    Strong sensitivity for cultural differences and significant global acumen.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil.
