·    Support the Component FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) process by collecting, analyzing, and correlating component failure data and associated performance metrics.
·    Lead coordination with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams to drive root cause analyses, assess failure significance, and determine effective corrective and preventive actions.
·    Guide and facilitate formal FRACAS investigations, ensuring thorough documentation of failure modes, causal factors, test results, and lessons learned.
·    Prioritize and track corrective actions through closure, verifying supplier-implemented fixes and validating effectiveness via data-driven follow-up.
·    Participate in significance assessments and predictive analyses to identify trends, risk areas, and potential in-service implications ahead of Entry Into Service (EIS).
·    Support development of mitigation strategies, reliability growth plans, and hardware/software design changes to reduce recurrence and improve component reliability.
·    Contribute to programmatic system organization and logistics including the Problem Report (PR) system, review board meetings and action items
·    Prepare and manage failure and process health metrics, including concise technical summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations for stakeholders and program leadership to inform readiness decisions for EIS.

·    Participating in fault data analysis and triage cause determination, using appropriate tools and sources as well as follow-up with flight test, engineering and lab personnel
•    Collaborate closely with flight analysts and flight test ground operations to gather context, reproduce conditions, and validate fault occurrences against telemetry and test logs.
·    Guide functional engineering teams through cause-identification and corrective-action determination, ensuring investigations use structured RCA (Root Cause Analysis) methods and are supported by data-driven evidence.
•    Prioritize faults based on operational impact, recurrence, and risk to flight test schedule; recommend immediate mitigations, workarounds, or test plan adjustments as needed.
•    Facilitate cross-functional troubleshooting sessions and maintain clear action-item tracking until faults are resolved or appropriately mitigated.
•    Validate fixes or mitigations in integration or flight-test-representative environments and confirm reduction or elimination of nuisance behaviors before recommending closure.
•    Prepare and manage airplane fault performance and process health metrics, including concise technical summaries and briefings for MCURE leadership and flight-test stakeholders, including fault trends, root causes, proposed fixes, and residual risk assessments.
•    Ensure coordination with configuration management and change control processes so any hardware or software changes are traceable and compliant with program requirements.
•    Assist in the development and implementation of Web-based analytics system for lab and flight test fault reporting, analysis and corrective action system (FRACAS).
