Boeing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor based from São José dos Campos, Brazil to support the growing requirements across the region. The successful candidate will be tasked with hiring the best possible talent for Boeing in Brazil and across the region. This is a strategically important region for Boeing.  

We need a TA specialist committed to delivering outstanding user experiences and exceptional operational excellence. A driven recruiter who brings innovation, creativity and passion for Talent Acquisition.

Position responsibilities:

  • Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies that capture, engage and maintain top, diverse talent pipelines
  • Execute on strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure all hiring targets are met on time, owning the end to end hiring process
  • Attend and lead intake sessions for new positions and projects and be accountable for requisition management activities
  • Lead all aspects of initial candidate screening process (phone screen, candidate preparation, screening interview, feedback review), Promote social media content to help articulate our value proposition in each geography
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience
  • Create and foster deep business relationships with all stakeholders
  • Responsible for high level of data integrity on all activities
  • See the value in every person, inclusion at the heart of what you do!
  • Collaborate with GTA leadership on how to enhance talent acquisition capability across the enterprise

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition within Engineering and/or technical markets
  • Ability to handle and manage a high volume of hiring
  • Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
  •  ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service
  • Business relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationships
  • Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset
  • Understands the value of data to inform decision making
  • Excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Culturally aware; experience working across many geographies
  • Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals
  • Eye for business and commercial awareness
  • Digital literacy, values technology
  • Demonstrable experience in managing Talent Acquisition/HR projects and process improvement initiatives that delivered real, measurable value
  • Experience using Workday would be an advantage but is not essential

Additional Information: 

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil.  Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.  

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
