The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior System Design and Integrations Specialist to join the team in Seal Beach, CA; Kent, WA; North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA; or Hazelwood, MO.

The Boeing Digital Workspace Solutions team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our Microsoft 365 team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud High (GCCH) tenant solutions that enhance collaboration, security, and productivity across the organization.

The selected candidate will support Boeing’s use of Microsoft 365 suite of tools such as Office, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure services to help integrate and optimize these tools for use within The Boeing Company. This role will also require Microsoft 365 administrator privileges to assist in the design, test and delivery of Microsoft 365 products and features. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with extensive Microsoft 365 experience to apply their expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and cloud technologies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and deployment of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related features

  • Support the migration and integration of on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 cloud environment

  • Collaborate with senior workstream architects and Information Technology (IT) teams to develop scalable and secure Microsoft 365 solutions

  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft 365 related issues

  • Help maintain documentation of architecture, configurations, and best practices

  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and industry trends

  • Assist in user training and adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365 tools

  • Develop and deliver presentations, mass email communications and document Research and Development findings and recommendations

  • Coordinate with Enterprise Help Desk, Executive Computing Support Team, and IT Business Partners with technology updates

  • Perform operational level tasks as needed to support the Microsoft 365 Program

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

  • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other M365 collaboration tools

  • 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps/Git or AGILE development

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, identity/access management, and automation

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing Microsoft 365 environments

  • 5+ year pf experience with architectural frameworks covering enterprise architecture, business architecture or IT architecture

  • Experience with Azure Active Directory Platform

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including on call support as needed (including weekends and holidays)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience

  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 or similar

  • Experience with PowerShell and MgGraph

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Project Management

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

  • Experience with Software testing and running demos

  • Experience with Service and Technical Architecture

  • Experience with Technical Change Control and Coordination

  • Experience with System Account Management

  • Experience with Process and Knowledge Management

  • Experience working with Technical Operations Coordination, and Cross Functional Teams

  • Experience working with web interfaces and user experience

  • Experience communicating with leadership, stakeholders, and team members

  • Experience with developing enterprise policies and procedures relating to project/program management

  • Experience providing application support for product maintenance and enhancements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $120,700 - $174,800
