Job Description Summary:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Support Integration Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our team in Seal Beach, CA. In this role, you will work within the Configuration Management Technical ServicesTeam to determine document and technical data release requirements based on customer type and contract guidelines. You will respond to and resolve customer data inquiries, process customer data orders, and address any delivery issues. Additionally, you will assist with customer reviews to identify baseline data deliverables and optional product offerings, administer customer access to online technical content, and participate in process development to ensure that technical data and procedures are documented and up to date. You will also support presentations, status reviews, and monitor execution.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Experienced Level Specialists.   

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor technical data development at the unit level and ensure data is delivered on schedule in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Analyze, update, and document processes to verify that technical manual data and procedures are current.

  • Coordinate schedules and develop reports; review configuration changes for their impact on publication data and incorporate changes into the schedule.

  • Prepare agreements, pricing quotes, and scheduling requirements.

  • Support presentations and program management briefings.

  • Assist in the implementation of new projects.

  • Process customer data orders and resolve delivery issues.

  • Conduct customer technical data familiarization training.

  • Administer and resolve customer access issues related to online technical content.

Work Authorization Statement: 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Seal Beach, CA location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1 or more years’ working with and/or interpreting engineering data or engineering drawings.

  • 1 or more years’ of experience with Technical Publications.

  • 1 or more years’ of Maintenance Engineering and the associated manuals (ex: AMM, FIM, etc).

  • Experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals.

  • Current hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range:

  • Associate (Level 2): $81,600 - $110,400

  • Experienced (Level 3): $101,150 - $136,850
