We are looking for a talented and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering, operating, and evolving our Data and AI platform on cloud that powers data architecture and management, data engineering, data governance, analytics, self-service and ML/AI use cases.

The candidate should be able to drive and manage end-to-end architecture, platform development, consolidate legacy systems to a single source of truth, and ensure the platform aligns to business outcomes through strong stakeholder partnership, agile execution, and measurable ROI.

The responsibilities will include ensuring seamless integration and alignment from a diverse group of stakeholders, including Customers, Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Managers, Development teams, and Technical Architects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery, maintenance and support of the Data & Analytics Architecture and Platform ensuring reliability, security, cost-efficiency, and business alignment.

  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of the platform stack (compute, storage, databases/data warehouses, networking, orchestration, monitoring, security) to guide architectural and implementation decisions.

  • Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

  • Execute platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model in partnership with Product Family and division leadership; ensure alignment to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

  • Lead resource planning and allocation with a focus on execution, delivery, and measurable outcomes.

  • Own and maintain the product backlog; continuously help and refine and prioritize so that 3–4 upcoming sprints are always ready for execution.

  • Own all communication and collaboration channels pertaining to strategy and assigned projects, including regular stakeholder, senior leadership and cross-team updates.

  • Establish working relationships with vendors (Technology and Consulting), partners and cross teams and holding them accountable.

  • Lead organizational change for the adoption of new platform, DevOps, MLOps, Self Service and analytics workflows; prioritize improvements using iterative sprints informed by user feedback and metrics.

  • Establish and oversee the technology infrastructure for data and analytics to ensure systems are compliant, secure, functional, cost effective and aligned to business goals always including platform lifecycle from concept through deployment and operations.

  • Manage your organization and direct reports including budget and providing developmental opportunities to direct reports and first-level managers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • 8+ years of experience as an Information Technology manager including DevOps, cloud and data architecture in a large-scale, hybrid cloud and on-prem environment.

  • 5+ years of experience leading implementation of scalable computing infrastructure for data and AI solutions, including cloud architecture, DevOps and MLOps (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • 5+ years of experience with data engineering and data pipelines on cloud platforms, databases and data warehouses.

  • 5+ years of experience in leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed data platform providers like Databricks & Snowflake.

  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability tooling.

  • Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data cataloging solutions.

  • Current industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions architect expert or equivalent.

  • Exceptional presentation, visualization, and analysis skills.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Salary is commensurate on location and experience:

Summary pay range: $159,300 – $225,000
