The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Human Resource Generalist (HRG) to join the Software Engineering HR team in Seattle, Washington. This position will support the Software Engineering Quality and Software Boeing, Technology and Innovation organizations.

This position will partner with a Senior Human Resource Business partner to drive organizational strategic projects and initiatives that drive a true impact in the business including performance development, talent management, workforce planning and pipeline development, and global workforce expansion.  They will also help to mature the organizational culture and grow the Boeing Behaviors among the team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and implementation partnership of HR policies, practices and strategies through relationship building, communication and proactive planning 
  • Support various Software Engineering projects that connect to the Software Engineering Strategic People Plan
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) partners to drive key initiatives around Software Engineering’s Talent Priorities
  • Execute actions as they enable supporting and enhancing Software Engineering’s overall workforce planning strategy
  • Collaborate with COE partners, as well as business leaders, to drive the workforce plan around critical skills, up-skilling needs, market pay position and talent pipeline development

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification
  • Experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $69,700 - $102,500
