The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate System and Data Analyst to join the team in Seattle, WA; Kent, WA; Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Hazelwood, MO; Long Beach, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; or Ridley Park, PA.

Join our Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Merger & Acquisition team and play a pivotal role in shaping Boeing’s future through strategic mergers and acquisitions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the complexities of integrating diverse businesses into the Boeing family, while driving Information Technology (IT) and business process improvements across the full spectrum of EBS capabilities.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, gain hands-on experience in aligning business requirements with application solutions, take part in building architecture roadmaps and deliver impactful business process improvements that support Boeing’s growth and operational excellence. Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements emerging from mergers and acquisition programs

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project goals

  • Support the implementation of business solutions that enable efficient integration of systems and processes between Boeing and partner organizations

  • Assist with determining Information Technology (IT) architecture roadmaps into the Boeing landscape, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure functional priorities are addressed across all domains of Enterprise Business Systems (EBS)

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve issues

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices within the team

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements

  • 1+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders

  • 1+ years of experience with requirements development and documentation

  • 1+ years of experience with business case analysis (problem identification, quantitative modeling and problem solving)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience with business systems integration and implementation processes

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $70,550 - $102,350
