Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Business Process Analyst Senior Level to join the Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) Program Management team. The focus of this role will be supporting integration activities across the entire BCF value chain. In this position, you will be working hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. to ensure that BCF Business Processes are supported, maintained, & continuously improved.

To be successful in this position, the selected candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a relatively small team and ideally will have experience in data analysis, processes & tools, & project management. You will be expected to use BGS and BCF Program top level organizational strategies to integrate our Lean and product improvement efforts and align them with business objectives.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads in designing complex Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives.

  • Assesses current technology for best fit.

  • Combines programming, SQL skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain Program data architecture

  • Develop Analytics Solutions

  • Automate data flows

  • Develop automation tools to reduce transactional waste

  • Support process changes

  • Identify areas of improvement throughout the Program

  • Integrate with multiple functions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience using Python, SQL, or R. Preferably SQL and R.

  • Knowledge of database management and data architecture to include: Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata, etc.

  • Experience using BI Tools such as: Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos.

  • Experience with Machine Learning and Statistic

  • 3+ years of experience developing IT tools supporting Program objectives and initiatives.

  • 3+ years in Continuous Improvement objectives 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher

  • Collaborative within a cross functional team environment

  • Critical thinking and solution oriented

  • Good Communication Skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $124,100 - $167,900
