The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Staff Analyst to support the Fabrication Assembly Setup and Test (FAST) portion of the organization in Seattle, WA.  They will also support senior managers for Production Engineering, Structures, Systems and Machine Fabrication and Assembly. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources

  • Delivers informational or technical materials

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements

  • Develops and deploys localized training content

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience as an office administrator

  • 3+ years of experience preparing presentations decks and running meetings using Microsoft Teams

  • 3+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management

  • 3+ years of experience working with or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools.  Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience or familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools

  • Familiarity with business operations and resource planning processes

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

  • Experience in organizing, prioritizing, paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy

  • Experience working in Business Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Quality Organizations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Experienced Level (Level 3):  $83,300 – $112,700
