The Boeing Company is looking for a Flight Test Program Integration Engineer to join our team in Seattle, WA.

This position supports a diverse portfolio of Boeing programs including the B-1, B-52, Executive Transport platforms such as the VC-25A, the E-3 AWACS (domestic and international), and E-4B.

The Test Program Integrator (TPI) is responsible for supporting the Test Program Manager (TPM) and other program leadership by leading the Ground Test/Flight Test (GT/FT) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and ensuring the integration of Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) capabilities and resources to meet program commitments. This role requires close collaboration with program IPTs, Systems Engineering Integration & Test teams, Program Offices and external developmental test organizations.

The TPI is responsible for supporting the Test Program Manager (TPM) and other program leadership by leading the Ground Test/Flight Test (GT/FT) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and ensuring the integration of Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) capabilities and resources to meet program commitments. This role requires close collaboration with program IPTs, Systems Engineering Integration & Test teams, Program Offices and external developmental test organizations.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced, Lead and Senior Level Flight Test Program Integration Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prepare, and coordinate comprehensive Program Integrated Test Plans (ITP), detailed Test & Evaluation (T&E) plans, and associated documentation including requirements traceability, verification metrics, and program requirements

  • Lead the development and standardization of test methods, procedures, and processes to ensure repeatability, productivity, and continuous improvement through lessons learned

  • Integrate BT&E capabilities and resources with other IPTs, Systems Engineering, government stakeholders, industry partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless test execution and alignment with program objectives

  • Conduct testability assessments of engineering requirements and oversee disciplined cost, schedule, and configuration management to meet program baselines and commitments

  • Manage the Test Program baseline, participate in change management, and ensure synchronization of organization, work statements, schedules, costs, and RIO

  • Lead proposal efforts including development of technical and cost volumes, program execution plans, and basis of estimates (BOE), and support contract negotiations

  • Serve as a Test Mission Assurance Readiness Review board member and support various program reviews such as Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, Flight Readiness Review, Operational Test Readiness Review, Non-Advocate Reviews, and Program Management Reviews

  • Oversee test data analysis, processing, calibration, and validation; approve test data prior to customer delivery; and guide the design of test hardware, software, and systems to meet test requirements

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish teaming plans, support agreements, and first-time quality processes that underpin successful T&E outcomes

  • Manage test modification kits for test aircraft from requirements development through delivery at modification sites

  • Analyze and verify staffing forecasts and lead internal BT&E Program Management Reviews

  • Facilitate strategic analysis, industry assessments, capital investments, and technology review boards to optimize test execution strategies

  • Train and mentor team members, ensuring calibration system readiness and data validity, while working under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

  • 2+ years of experience supporting a military flight test program

  • 3+ years of experience with system assembly, integration & test, including requirements traceability culminating in requirements validation & verification

  • 1+ years of experience estimating costs and developing schedules meeting EVM requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Level 5: 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $102,000 - $138,000

Summary Pay Range for Lead level (Level 4): $121,550 - $164,450

Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 5): $145,350 - $196,650

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
