Become a part of Boeing’s Human Resources (HR) team and play a key role in shaping the future of our talent while making a meaningful impact. We are seeking Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to join our team in Seattle, WA, Everett, WA, Renton, WA, Berkeley, MO or St. Louis City, MO. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior HRBPs to find the best fit for these positions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders through HR policies, practices, and strategies with strong relationship-building and clear communication

  • Lead and support high-impact organizational projects, including full life-cycle talent management, strategic skills development, and workforce planning

  • Champion and cultivate Boeing’s culture, embedding our core Values & Behaviors throughout your teams

  • Navigate and resolve complex employee relations and conflict situations with confidence

  • Drive change management and organizational design initiatives that keep Boeing agile and future-ready

  • Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner

  • Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)

  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and address workforce challenges

  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input on HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of programs

  • Maintain records of employee interactions and resolutions or follow-up actions

  • Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues 

  • Identify recurring employee concerns or trends to develop proactive solutions or interventions

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and implement integrated HR initiatives that align with and advance organizational objectives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 3+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines

  • 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • Experience supporting employees as a Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner

  • Experience with collective bargaining agreements

  • Experience developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that enhance organizational culture and drive workforce satisfaction

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $81,600 - $129,000
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $157,000
